2) Can the demo be installed on any computer. For how long?
Yes. The demo is valid for about 3 months after it is installed.

3) Cost, license terms, and details on support and upgrades:
Cost: US$ 15,000. Negotiable for single users.
Support is limited to installing the program in computers running Windows 2000 or XP.
The price includes free upgrades for three years. Besides, negotiations to include customized biokinetic models are welcome without increasing the software price.

This product is provided under a license, which includes a disclaimer of liability, to which you have agreed. You or your Organization accepts this license and the terms thereof.

Grant of License

You or your Organization may use the information content and software provided in this Product on your individual computer or terminal and in a secure institutional network.  You may also make as many copies as necessary for backup purposes.

You or your Organization agree that any other uses, and specifically renting, re-distributing, re-transmitting, sub-leasing, assigning, decompiling, disassembling and reverse engineering, are prohibited, and that you will not make the Product available to other non-authorized persons.

Disclaimer

This software was solely prepared by Dr. Luiz Bertelli. Every effort has been made to reproduce the original predicted values of the measured quantities following single intake and the Dose Coefficients published by ICRP. However, minor differences might be noted since the calculational methods used in this software differ from those used to  derive the ICRP tables. Accordingly the author accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the consequences of any such inaccurate or misleading data.

Limited Warranty and Limited Liability

The Licensor warrants that the software embodied in the Product will perform in substantial compliance with the documentation provided, unless the performance problems are the result of hardware failure or improper use.  The Licensor's entire liability and your entire remedy shall be the right of downloading another copy or the replacement of the defective CD-ROM.
